I always felt like I was involved in decisions surrounding my case. They were with me at many court dates – every one to two months over the course of four years. They pushed to allow me to miss court dates unless they were important so that I didn’t have to be absent from work.

Like the title says, I was looking for a lawyer to deliver a miracle. That’s what happened when I hired Ken Gibson. I got my charges reduced from DWI to Obstruction of Highway. It was my second DWI, so getting an offer of reduced charges was rare. Ken made it happen. If you are charged with DWI, you definitely want Ken to represent you.
He and his team are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable – they are familiar with the judges in this area of law. I was not from Travis County, but they treated me the same. I had many questions, and they answered all of them patiently. Believe me, you want them in your corner. I had a lot at stake in my case, and got the outcome I needed.

I was terrified after being charged with DWI. Ken supported me through it all. He was always kind and encouraging. He helped me put my worries away and try to live my life while he took care of the charges. He answered all of my questions promptly. He is assertive and optimistic but still straightforward. He and his team know the judges and prosecutors. The judges and prosecutors, in turn, know how strongly Ken defends his clients. He will go to court if it means a better chance of a favorable outcome. This makes him a strong negotiator, and a successful one. I thought it was impossible, by my charges were all dismissed.
